Key points:
- Ripple says it should end 2026 on a $900 million yearly revenue pace, helped by payments, custody, its RLUSD stablecoin, prime brokerage, and treasury work.
- Three times as many customers now use several Ripple products at once, compared with last year.
- Its payments network is close to $150 billion in total volume, and RLUSD has grown to about $2.6 billion.
That $900 million figure is a pace, not cash already in hand. It takes what Ripple earns now and stretches it across a full year. My own read is simple. Do not mix this up with XRP's price. A company can sell more services while its coin still falls, and that is exactly what we see here.
Ripple's own update adds more weight to the claim. More than 1,700 banks, firms, and big clients now use its tools, and over $16 trillion moved through its products in 2025. It holds over 85 licences. On Monday, it got final approval from the US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to set up a national trust bank, and it widened its work with BNY on tokenized trade finance on the XRP Ledger. Aviva Investors put £50 million into a new tokenized share class of its £22 billion sterling fund on the same ledger, Brevan Howard widened its deal with Ripple to cover prime brokerage and financing, and Ripple Prime added swaps across more than 100 markets that trade around the clock, with RLUSD usable as collateral.

Why does this number matter for XRP holders?
For XRP holders, the honest picture is mixed. XRP is down nearly 30% this year, with a market value near $83 billion. Spot XRP funds hold about $1.5 billion as of October 26, small next to the Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana funds. Strong company revenue can help the mood over time, but it does not set XRP's price day to day. Traders will watch three things now. First, does Ripple really hit that $900 million pace when the year ends. Second, does its new trust bank bring in named big clients. Third, does RLUSD keep growing past $2.6 billion. If those land, the case for Ripple as serious bank plumbing gets stronger. If they slip, $900 million stays a forecast, not proof.
